Cyclebike Lock!?

So i was wondring what ppl thouth about a Cyclebikelock?

So in my country we find bikes evrywhere, in the ocean in the swamp in the city and in landscape area.

 

If we could find bikes evrywhere in the game , just that some or locked (and you have to use some sharp item to get it up or something) and some are broken and so on.Or mayby you could own ur own bikecycle lock and use for many reson i guess. 1 for bike . 2 For Walter white ,Locking the guy in the basement. :P

Well it was only an opinion tho :)
