a problem that is occurring far in the game is when a player is cornered, he simply disconnects and disappears ...

I think you should have a daley 10 seconds when someone disconnects, for when the player is dying, he did not suddenly short

That my friend is called "Combat logging" where people ALT F4 out of the game to save there gear as well as server hopping.

 

These are some issues Dayz development is currently facing but have faith they will fix this soon.
