3D model extracting

Hi guys

Might be a bit too early too start getting into this sort of stuff, but as I do 3D modelling for fun, I find it a great way to get creative and pass some free time. The only request I have is - has anyone extracted the female and male underwear models from the game yet? Why? Because I use them as bases to build clothes upon. I'm not really good when it comes to importing/exporting arms models, but basically I need to know if it's possible at the moment for any modders out there. I checked the Bohemia forums, with no luck.
