DayZ giving me 30 fps with GT 750M?

Hello guys, I just got the game a few hours ago and decided to try it out.

When I logged on I noticed I had only 30 fps (around the 30's).

I usually only play on 1280x720 so I changed the rendering and the interface to it.

In other games I always usually get over 60+ fps (DC universe, Battlefield 4, etc).

Can someone give me some solutions?
& yes, I do have vsync disabled.

DayZ is horribly optimized right now. That is your problem.

 

It should be better optimized in the future.

Like Narkoman said; nothing has been done for client-side optimization which was said from Rocket. Must be why I sometimes freeze just about every 10 seconds
