What time do servers restart?

I was wondering what time servers restarted? I hate coming into a server that has been played for a few hours with all the loot gone.

I think they restart every 4 hours starting at midnight, so restarts happen @ midnight, 4AM, 8AM, noon, 4PM, 8PM. Is this correct?

all gameservers restart every 4 hours but i do not think at the same time. i'll ask my hoster to se if its server wide or from the time the server went live.

it restarts every 4 hours, so if last restart was at 12:22 next will be at 16:22 ect

It's a serverside admin setting so for example the french server I'm playing on  restarts every 2 hours ...
