Constant debug spawning

Ok so every time I spawn it is in the debug forest, or endless field. I also have no equipment at all even after respawning every time. I have run out of the debug areas and then cannot interact with any objects ie doors or loot. I have also sprinted through multiple town which have absolutely no zombies. I'm not even sure where any problems could be.
