Dead Survivors Turning to Zombies

Has there ever been mention of dead players turning into zombies as part of SA? I think it adds a little something for you to come into contact with a infected player that was once like you and trying to survive but unfortunately became one of the things that they were trying to survive against.

 

Just a thought. No idea how feasible or how worth doing it would be
