patch road map

Can we get a patch road map, of what they plan to add and when? I've heard so much stuff of what they are 'apparently' adding, some of it makes sense, some not so much, i'm not asking for time constraints or release dates, or even fixes, just a list of what will be in the next patch, the patch after that etc.

If this isn't possible, how about a proper list of is going into the game, I know their is a confirmed list that Rocket put up, but its hazy at best, how about a list of weapons that they PLAN to put in? or equipment? or an update on the features of the game that they are planning to put in?

it wouldn't take much doing, I just would like to see a bit of a plan coming together, rather than praying what I want to see being in the next patch.
