Cant put any item in hand

I can't put any item in my hands since the last update.. anyone got any ideas on how to fix this..

I have tried dragging things to my hands.. putting them in the hotbar and pressing the number keys.. neither work

Where can i find the file with the keymaps so i can delete it..
