Day / Night Cycle Changed / Flipped

Quick question... Any chance that the day night cycle will be changed?

 

Now before you jump all over me, let me explain.

 

I live in the US, just outside of Chicago. Prime playing time for people here (basically I'm referring to me and my friends) is anywhere between 4:00PM CST and 12:00AM CST. Every time we log onto an IL (Illinois) based server it is the middle of the night in-game, pitch black, complete and total darkness, even if we log in 4:00PM when it's actually still light outside IRL. We have tried 20+ servers and it's the same on all of them, dark as f**k. I have played this game every day since it was released on Steam. I personally have logged 35 hours already and of that 35 hours I have managed to get maybe, maybe, 2 or 3 hours of actually playing when it's light out in-game. I / we collectively feel like the game is 100% more enjoyable when playing it during the daylight hours in-game. Once it gets dark the game just feels like a completely new game and one that is nowhere near as enjoyable.

 

Does anyone else feel this way, or are we the only ones?
