Bin.config help?

Hello,

I purchased Arma 2 and OA off of amazon, just to let you know. When I try to join a server, I get the error No entry 'bin\config.bin/CfgVechicles/M119.turnCoef'

When I click continue, it brings me to the OA screen as if I started the game up regularly. Any help?

P.s. I am running 1.6 on OA and 1.06 on Arma 2

Please help, and thank you!
