Jackal304 0 Posted December 21, 2013 So what can we expect in future updates for the zombies besides increasing in numbers and pathfinding . honestly i really hope zombies will become more difficult to deal with especially in a group. i want "28 days later" rabid sprinting zombies that can pounce and knock you on the ground even as your sprinting not the classic slow lumbering zombies of resident evil. Things to keep in mind/wishlist. ppl shouldnt be able to sprint dance around these things like your taunting a fat kid with a lollipop. ppl that could care less about firing a gun in a zombie city should be sorry that they did. (Example from the walking dead) ppl have to learn some patience and be "Glenn like" or end up like Rick and trapped inside a tank with mob of zombies. certain areas of the map or city should be "too difficult" for a lone survivor to pass/loot through which would be an incentive to group up and search the place. after the deeds done let self preservation take its course and the "group" can backstab eachother for the goods if they like. Also i think there should be a lot less ammo in the game. the one thing i want dayz to take from games like "the last of us" is that ppl can get guns but ammo is scarce. ppl would with a few shots would save those for self defense, or key moments in their survivor's life. there would be more standoffs or bluffs where ppl point guns at eachother but knows they have no ammo. ppl would not risk long drawn out firefights if they have low ammo and the agro they would get from zombie mobs.
