Connection problems, but I have A+ internet

So every time I play DayZ since I first started playing. I have had connection problems, but the annoying thing is. When I join servers I have low ping, good bandwidth, 0 desync (sometimes higher). then I start playing, the game runs smooth, then anywhere from instantly to 30 minuets my game lags up. To the point were the screen freezes. Then in a second to 5 seconds it gains connection and continues, and when it comes back it usually says i'm losing connection. Followed by yellow chain, broken yellow chain, red chain, broken red chain, lost connection and the counting begins, or it runs fine again. Then usually repeats. Now my internet connection is 60 down and 8 up. I have recently updated the firmware on my router. My PC has AMD Phenom six core 2.7 overclocked, 8GBs of Ram overclocked, Raideon 5750 1Gbs DDR5 GPU overclocked, and an asus mobo. I have a network meter and when I'm playing Dayz it's using barely any internet like 100Kbs-600Kbs. I just want the game to run smooth like it is when it doesn't lag. please help I want to enjoy Dayz!!
