Can I run dayZ standalone ?

I have a intel i5 2500 and a sapphire radeon hd 7750 1gb with 8gb ram, what FPS will I get on low settings at 720p ? :)

Everyone with a decent/good computer is experiencing fps lag in cities at the moment, with your specs i would assume that city life would JUST be bearable, you're looking at around 10-20 fps but everywhere else around 30-40, all of which with settings on low-very low

You can run the game just fine.

 

If you are experiencing low fps, try lowering your shadows setting and disabling post-process effects.  You shouldn't need to do that though.

 

One other thing to do, is close background programs that might be running and sucking up system resources.

Thanks for the replies,I will play around with the settings to get the sweet spot :) But it is alpha and hope the fps problems will be ironed out soon ;)

I got exactly the same spec as you except I got a HD 7770 and I can say: Yes you can, only not maxed out, your GPU won't like it.

However you can play it at 1920x1080 with most graphical effects disabled (like AA etc.) but textures on high and it will run fine (around 40-50 fps in forests and around 30 fps in big cities, which I personally find playable).

 

You can play it at 720p if you want, but oddly enough I didn't had much fps gain with it for some reason, plus I find it rather ugly.
