Torrent or FTP of current DayZ

I'm having some trouble downloading the DayZ Standalone alpha. My internet is extremely slow and as such can only download 2-3 gigs a night. The problem, however, comes in when an update is released and the download is stopped for whatever reason. When the download is resumed, it starts from the beginning (Steam bug), meaning I have lost most of my progress. This has happened twice so far.

 

What I'm asking for is a torrent or FTP of the current (or close to it) DayZ alpha build. My plan is to download that and place it in the appropriate Steam folder and have Steam verify the game files. After that, I can just download any updates that I might have missed during this period. This will help me a lot as it means I have the bulk of the alpha and don't have to download everything once an update is released, just the update itself. I've tried searching for it on Google but all I can find are the cracked versions, which I'm not sure will work with Steam.
