Starting gear problems

Hello :)
I have problems with starting gear. I put it in Edit Starting Loadout, but nothing happens when I restart. (DAYZ.ST).

I have downloaded a server pack, (from: http://whiskey-tango-foxtrot.co.uk/index.php), has looked a bit on Dayz_mission.pbo and server.pbo, but do not understand much ..

can anyone help? :)

Whenever I edit my starting loadout (I also use DayZ.st) I like to hit save loadout a couple time just to be sure it saved before I restart the server.  I recommend trying this and seeing if it helps.
