Black and white!

My character has had a black and white screen for 5 hours at least and im not hungry or thirsty... How do you regain blood?

Find a saline bag and an IV kit, combine and it will restore you to full blood, a bloodbag however will only restore 20% blood if the info is right on DayZDB. You need another player to administer either.

Stay healthy. Eat and drink until it says you're full. Then rest. I think you sit down on F3.
