Sickness confusion

So I got a infected wound, I took antibiotics fixed the infection after I assume I lost alot of blood.  I have since ate about 6 cans of tuna/beans 1 box of cereal 2 banana's (all pristine).  My guy has no hunger/thirst.  But my screen is still black/grey, I cannot figure out what to do.  Do I need to eat more?  I've read something about sleeping but I am not sure how. 

 

Any sugestions?

I believe the blood regeneration is bugged atm. Better find a person with compatible blood to patch you up.

Welp, was fearing that.  Read in the patch notes it was fixed.  Thanks for quick response good sir.
