choppy and slow, hard to move around

New to the game and just got it today... checked out a couple servers not really knowing what im doing but i found the game impossible to move around in. Its sluggish and slow... cant consistently run. Simple movement in a house takes forever.

 

My computer has 8gb ram, 6 core processor, radeon 6900 graphics card so its not my computer...

 

Is this what im to expect?

What brand/speed of CPU? I have a radeon 6870 and i am not having issues.

This game is very cpu and hard drive dependant. So it's very possible that it is indeed your computer. What cpu do you have, and do you have an SSD that you're running the game on?
