Defended myself Cherno store. 2 dead. Vision blurry. ScArEd . . . alone - HELP

So I looted Bogota and got me a nice machine gun (m4 or whatever it is with a red dot short range scope and a good amount of amunition) and couldn't believe that I actually was well armed for once in DayZ.  I'm an ex mod player and am surprised I actually have some gear.  Anyway, knowing that char wipes may happen frequently in the alpha I headed to cherno close by to try and get some action while I still have my gear.  

 

I head into the grocery store in Cherno and while I'm looting I notice an axe come swinging right by my ear.  I turn around, notice the dude standing there, and book it out towards the front door.  I unload on him.  He dies and his body falls into the ground AND SLIDES AWAY ACROSS THE FLOOR OUT OF THE STORE AND INTO THE STREET. lol...um what?!?!

 

Anyway, since he slid and then disappeared I walked towards the back of the store and another guy comes at me.  He's pointing a gun at me and I blow him away.  He ALSO FALLS TO THE GROUND AND SLIDES AWAY TOWARDS THE FIRESTATION AND THEN SINKS INTO THE FLOOR.    No worries, it's alpha.  I get it.  At least I'm having fun and surviving.

 

 

Store isn't safe.  I run to a nearby small house.  Everything is blurry and I can't see well.  I'm moaning.  Not sure what to do, I open my can of sardines and beans.  I eat all beans and sardines.  I pound a couple sodas.  I'm now out of food.  I have an empty blood bag and a starter iv kit but no syringe.  I'm bandaged and all bleeding has stopped.  I shot myself with an epi pen. Everything is still blurry.  

 

1 - Do I just wait a while and because I AM NO LONGER STATUSED AS HUNGRY OR THIRSTY will I heal up and see straight over time?     or.......

 

2 - Do I need to scavange hospitals for  x, y, or z or just eat more food?

 

oh and 

 

3 - WTF is up with these sliding bodies?!?!?!?

Well a quick fix is to use saline IV to restore, but you require a second person to apply the IV to you.

I do have some extra medical supplies if you are willing to trust me to come and apply it I can.

I was in a small fight with two other players today and ended up with black and white, blurry vision. My status was showing healthy before that and after eating a drinking a bit it said Healing. I laid down in a dark corner of a yard and slowly my vision came back to normal. I didn't get to the Healthy status without eating and drinking a ton after I had first spawned so it looks like you regen some whenever it says that. I really like that eating doesn't instantly return blood and instead you need to fill up on calories then your body slowly makes its own blood.

 

As for sliding bodies it was cracking me up when a zombie came charging down the hill at me near Rog. I turned around to defend myself when I see the zombie fly about ten feet, hit the ground and die, then slide all the way down the entire mountain.
