Hello, i don't have a mic yet, if i come close to somo1 and write on "direct communication" to they receive it? tried to talk with a guy, he ignored, maybe i was doing some wrong.

Yes, if you type over direct comms when within range to another player they will rec the message on their screen.  To do this press. to select direct chat then / to open the text, type into there the message you want to send to the player near you and press enter.
