tom59593 2 Posted December 21, 2013 I find much more success by dragging items completely off of the inventory screen instead of onto the 'Vicinity' section. For instance, if I drag a bottle of water from my backpack all the way off to the far right of my screen, it shows up in 'Vicinity' darn near instantly.
