Stick to some Zombie-free buildings

So me and my mate played for some hours and what we really liked about the Zombies is that they don't spawn at every building just because you entered an area. Don't get me wrong, there are far to less zombies in yet, but we really would like to see that it stays like that, so you got some quiet moments to enjoy looting a building or have some time to clean up your backpack. In my opinion there should be only like 20 Zombies in small villages, nearly no or like up to 5 zombies at single houses or farms and the rest should be rooming around or camp at hotspot areas (like Military loot areas or big towns like Cherno/Electro/Zeleno/Berenzino).
