blood regen?

i think it would be a little more realistic if a players blood count would slowly regenerate after not receiving damage for an amount of time , and if said player keeps themselves well fed and hydrated.

nothing crazy on the regen count , maybe something like 100 blood an hr if conditions are good .

thoughts?
