Will my laptop run the DayZ standalone?

its a dual core processor, but i dont know if the graphics card is good enough, anyone that can help me would be greatly appreciated. I need to know by christmas please :D

This PC will literally only do it on the lowest of the lowest setings.

I know its not a gaming pc, its a low budget laptop, but i dont have the money for a good rig right now, i just wanna play DayZ lol

Im new to gaming on PC the only thing i have right now is minecraft, and ive only ever played on console so im pretty terrible, but dayz is like the best thing ive ever seen so yeah kinda blows i cant play it
