Blood Test Kit Location?

Hi, I was just curious where do blood test kits normally spawn or are they craftable? I haven't found a blood test kit since the day of release.

I've found two in a regular house. 

 

They can just lay around or be stored in a Medikit.

Yeah, I think the only one I've found was from a log cabin house. I've only ever seen the same 2 bandages, water purifier tablets, syringe, blood bag, and IV start kit in every first aid kit (unless a medikit is something different). I was just curious if there was a certain special building that had a higher spawn rate of them. I'm assuming hospitals don't usually have these since I have never found one in them :D.

Best bet is a hospital, just after restart. I've found a few before, even found one that was pristine so I figured out my blood type and kept moving.

Hopital and Military base. I found 2. And also Iv and saline

Shoot, I must just be unlucky.

 

I've visited many hospitals that were unopened but never found any. Is it usually on the first floor rooms, lobby, or can you find it even in the small upstairs area.

 

Does it spawn anywhere in the military base or is it specific like tents, barracks, ATC tower, hangars, etc?
