Unconscious... I think?

So, my health was full, I wasn't bleeding. But my screen was.. white.. it had no color. I got hit once by a zombie and it knocked me unconscious. However, about 10 seconds later, I get my screen back. But my guy is stuck laying down.. and hes slowly sliding forward? It goes in and out of this every about 30 seconds. And now I'm just sitting on an unconscious screen. What happens when I regain consciousness? Is my guy going to be just laying there and I stand up? I ask, just so I am prepared for the horde of Zed that are in the area I died at.. 

 

Also, I'm new to arma/dayz.. How do I fix the white screen? Blood transfusion? Eerrrr?? Not real sure how to use the medical system other than bandages.

 

Sorry, lost of stuff in this post. Hope someone can help!
