Please help major issue

Hey guys! I bought arma 2 CO on steam and played both of them, then downloaded the arma 2 latest patch, installed the dayz mod and all that, got the latest patch for dayz as well but everytime i open up arma 2 (through the dayz installer) i get a no entry blah blah citizen.1scope so i hit ok then when i try to join a server i get the deleted chenerus or however you spell it oh and i also get the requires CAbuilding parts thing when i try to start arma though ive been told that isnt a big deal

I appreciate any input you may have to my issues and if you have any further question please feel free to ask! :blush:

oh also i have made sure everything is up to date, i tried updating the battle eye client thing once on arma 2 operation arrowhead, i dont know if i have to reinstall it for both arma OAH and arma 2 if that might help let me know, im up for trying anything that might work, ive also tried restarting everything AKA reinstalling both and reinstalling the mods and the patchs but to no avail it didnt work again
