Melee Weapon/Zombies chase me forever

First of all I Love this game.

even i got murdered by bandits like 10 times, i still like it!

I know its alpha, and there must be a lot of updates to come.

but i just want to suggest few things.

i think we really need melee weapons like knife, axe, pipe.

or just melee attack like push zombies.

because when i'm out of ammo, i have to run forever until

someone finds me, or zombie gives up. but they barely do.

they chase me forever. even when i got out of their eyesight.

even in the nighttime. its a big problem for everybody.

(and sometimes they just run through the walls.)

also i want to talk about horrible UI of current version.

Inventory makes me crazy. i'm used to it after trying half of a day.

first-timers doesn't even know how to open bag.

and getting items are so slow and unefficient.

can't even move items and organize them.

when my bag is full, getting new item makes me drop the item

in the first box. it's kinda crazy. at least inventory UI needs improvement.

i want to organize backpack, get items quickly.

but i can tell everybody how this game is outstanding.

even it is alpha test version. great thrill, survival, zombies.

everything i wanted. its a game that i'd like to make.

The coding in the game is limited, and does not take into account Melee.

Also, the game shouldn't be modified because you can't avoid, or kill zombies, or figure out how to use your backpack.

If a Zed is chasing you try running down a steep hill as that causes them to run off it and die or you could run past SLAVtheTERRIBLE and get them to aggro on him/her.
