Is there a join as group?

I see the friends when joining a server. Do you get spawned in the same location or do you need to find each other?

 

The reason I asked is this was a major pain point with the mod and joining up with friends.

 

I know this prob by design but this should be part of a join as group through steam/whtever....flame if needed but xbox, ea origin and steam makes this a great exp for friends in other games. I do think it would help sales. imo

no, this is not CoD. you have to find each other. it's not a team deathmatch game hence you have no option (nor will you ever) to spawn as a group.

besides, one of the most fun things is finding your pals in game! there can be suspense because it might be some random guy and then elation when you actually confirm it is each other and join forces. sorry if my language sucks in this post, many stouts were drank tonight :)
