I think I heard someone mention that in a video in the last year.  Might have been half joking.  It would be interesting to have to releave yourself if only taking a second for number 1 against a tree.

Imagine stalking another player and pouncing when stops for a brake.  Or making sure your team "goes" before heading into city/conflict.

Crazy, but I think it would fit well with the illness mechanic.  Also brings new meaning to "damaged" pants :)
