Pistol Reloading

Hello, sorry if this is a repost but I couldn't find this anywhere else. Im having trouble reloading my pistol the FNX45. I have 45.ACP ammo but when ever I try it doesnt let me chamber it. I don't know if the game requires me to have a magazine to load the ammo into but for now I'v really tried everything. By the way... compared to the other airfields the north east is ALWAYS full of loot and has nice scores even if it doesn't have many buildings. Thanks to anyone who can help me out.

Maybe it's a bug, pretty sure if you can get a bug to eject cases you can also put 1 in the chamber.

Not a bug... Then design overlook.

You need to loot a clip to load the ammo in to, I couldn't get chambering to work either.
