Server List and Favorites

I can't consistently get my server list to populate ... YES, I've done a search, and yes I've clicked on Internet and yes I've hit refresh and yes I've bumped the filter to 300 and I've dumped the game and restarted many times but it doesn't work consistently. And I've never been able to get it to keep a favorite. Sometimes it shows my friends and sometimes not and frequently it just refused to show anything on any of the tabs.

Any suggestions would be appreciated, any snarks will be returned and death threats reciprocated :rolleyes:
