Sun always in same place - Server Time

So I've been trying to find a UK server that sticks to a 24 hour day and night cycle. Can't find one. I think what I'm finding is I join a server and its night and stays night until peak time(irl) then turns to day and stays day. Time never seems to advance in game. And the sun reverts back to it's position if the server restarts or crashes.

 

Last night I was on a server at 1am GMT and the sun was in x position, and now its back in the same position again.

 

Can someone confirm this.

 

I want to see the sunrise, the midday, the sunset, and night time.

 

We don't have a clue what time it is on the servers because 1) there is no info in the server browser, and 2) there are no watches.

 

If anyone knows of one like this please say..
