black screen when in full screen, only working in windowed

Hi survivor folk!

Just wanting to know if anyone else has this issue. If I have the game in fullscreen, it just shows as black but with the sounds of the game. I'm just going to play in windowed mode for now, but I wanted to know if anyone knows of a fix, or what might be the cause.

I've installed the latest graphics drivers, but no change from that.

I've search the forums and can't see anyone mentioning quite the same issue.
