How do I assemble a gun with all the parts?

I collected all the parts to an M14 but I cannot figure out how to put them together to use it? Any idea?

You need to have the main weapon itself to begin with.

All the 'parts' are just attachments that you can use on the actual gun itself to replace the default parts it comes with.

Other than that it's as simple as dragging the new attachments on to the weapon in your inventory to replace them.
