Very Low Fps

For some reason I'm getting between 15 and 25 FPS or so at pretty much all times when I'm playing and my CPU, GPU, and RAM usages hover at about 50% and never go any higher than that which is weird. How could I be getting such low performance without my computer even trying? I could understand if it was getting this performance with usages capped at 100% but that's not the face. The same problem happened with the Dayz mod and its frustrating because it doesn't happen with any other games...Battlefield 3, Crysis 2, pretty much all of my games run fine. Any ideas?

 

PC Specs: AMD FX 4100, GTX 560 ti, 8GB RAM

Perhaps you could try editing your MaxFramesAhead in your arma2.cfg file?

 

GPU_DetectedFramesAhead="1";
GPU_MaxFramesAhead="1";

arma2.config file? For standalone?

Turn your graphics settings down or off and start moving up from there. I found a nice balance with medium models/terrain/textures and not shadows or postprocessing.
