Broke my leg east of Kamyshovo...

So I broke my leg east of kamyshovo and there's no zombies that can kill me, no ladders I can climb and jump down. Any suggestions what I can do to respawn? Im not even bleeding after I broke my leg... It's gonna take hours crawling to the nearest zombie..

The one thing that hasn't happened to me yet is breaking my bones :S and you shouldn't take too long to die of thirst/hunger so you will respawn in no time just roll around as much as you can to go unconscious faster. :)
