Health problem

Okay so, i was in a building standing behind a tobled over fridge when a zombie runs in and i don't actually see it hit me but i kill it and i'm bleeding. I bandage up and it stops but when i randomly start bleeding from every fucking hole in my body...i run and bandage again which works but i'm now stuck with a blurry screen which i have no clue how to fix (also kind of grayed colour) i assume this is blood lose but i have no idea how to take blood from a friend, put it in a bag and then put it in me plus the only way i know to test blood type is with a blood test kit.

How do i fix the blurry and grayed screen and how do i give myself blood.

Eat/Drink untill you're full, blood level starts raising. Or you need blood transfusion.
