mtuckner 46 Posted December 18, 2013 (edited) You go unconcious because you are too stubborn to eat and drink enough. You won't wake up generally and are actually continuing towards eventual death. This option wasn't there upon first release.I've never been unconscious because I ignored these signs, I've only be knocked out by a zombie at the moment.
