Robbers lose lives, victim escapes

Hi there, here is a little experience I recently had:

 

Essentially I was robbed at gun point by two fully geared guys. They forced me to put my hands on my head, handcuffed me and made me lie down on the ground.

 

One of the guys extracted blood from my character and administered it to his friend. A few seconds later his friend fell unconscious on the ground in front of me. The robber asked me wtf i just did and I realized they had forgotten to check my blood type and make sure it was correct. I told the guy he needed a saline bag to revive his buddy.

 

The guy ran off into a nearby barracks and this is where I saw my opportunity to break free and escape. I sprinted across a large open field and was nearly by the treeline when bullets from an M4 started cracking past my head.

 

Although the robbers stole all my ammo, food and water, I was alive, and this is the thing I really like about the standalone. The game gives players a couple reasons not to kill each other.

Nice.  When I started playing I had some dude chase me with a hammer.  When he ran out a building some M4 shots rang out and killed him.  Sweet sweet vengeance.
