Dead body, flies sound

Did anyone notice the increase of sound from the flies ? If im anywhere near a dead body i get pretty overwhelmed by the sound and cant hear footsteps or shots even clearly.

And yes its a bit over the top maybe but still, i cant hear any footsteps.

Well, some server i was in had the fire station in elektro blown up and the whole city made flies sounds. I left cause it was unplayable, but i also never seen the fire station and houses around it blown up before.
