Problems with colours in daytime

I started playing Dayz yesterday and in the game was nightime. I did not get injured and now in the daytime the colours are mostly grey.

There is somethng to do, that I am missing ?

Food, water, illness?

 

It could be everything really. You have to keep an eye on the messages you get in the bottom left corner. They tell you what's wrong.

At the beginning I thought that. But i drank water and ate some food. Maybe could be a sort of illness, but i do not see any message that I got a disease.

you just sick, you can watch your health state in invertory (in new patch)

had the same issue. knocking self unconscious and having friend apply saline bag brought back colors.

You begin to see everything grey when your blood gets low. At least thats what happens in the mod and happened a few times playing SA.

 

So you are wither hungry/thirsty/sick and dieing.
