DayZ stand alone HALP!

Whenever I try to launch dayz it just gives me a black  screen for a moment then just tells me that corrupt data was detected and closes :/ What do I do?

Reinstall the game and try again.

Hmm. Try running steam as an admin and verify the game.

and now its telling me i cant open any pbo files the next day :U
