Error when I start

I updated my Dayz Now ... and, when I try open de game .. show this message:     "Corrupted Data detected" is that the game is in conflict with some program my ? [i have no hack]

• Run steam as administrator.
• Go to game library.
• Right click Dayz
• Select properties
• Select local files tab
• Select verify integrity game cache
