Invisible zombies?

So I was looting, inside of a building and all of the sudden I was getting hit. Turned around no one was there and I still was getting hit! I kept hearing the zombie agro sounds and stuff, but no one was there! So I lost some good stuff :(

 

Please fix this :D

Is there a possibility it was clipped into the floor and below you?

 

I believe that is a bug that is being worked on.
