Scalp collection

[New]You can collect scalps from dead player bodies with a hunting knife. The scalp goes into a toolbelt slot and stacks to infinity

[New]If you kill a player with scalps in their inventory and you do not take their scalp you get some other kind of reward, a good guy reward, (i don't really know what it could be, something cool and cosmetic would i think be enough)

[Fixed] Debug monitor no longer shows murder count or bandit kill count

[Fixed] Heart beat monitor has been removed

ok i just thought of this.

for every person you kill with scalps you grow bigger and bigger beard until its full on grizzly adams. and if you scalp someone the beard goes away for the duration of the life.

lifelong bandit here but if you told me i could grow a full on grizzly adams beard i would consider changing my ways
