Door's not opening?

Hi there... well I and a friend of mine have encountered the following problem and its something important I think.

 

The problem is that we cant open any doors! nor there is any icon appearing that the door can be opened... I logged out in a house and when I came back a few hours later (after the patch) I realised that I got trapped in the house. So now I cant get out, my friend is walking in the city and cant get in any house coz the doors aint opening.

 

does anybody have the same issue like us?

Yes, please update your build number to match the servers you are playing on. Filter to 113772.

Ummm I patched just recently? and steam did it automatically without asking me? how do I match the build?

well my friend said that you cant drink from well's either... same like the doors.
