What do you need for a blood transfusion? Only a needle and an empty blood bag?

and blood that is the correct bloodtype. if its not the correct bloodtype you will go into shock and probably die...

You need to test your blood, draw the same blood type from another player and use the IV starter kit and apply it to your blood bag to create a functional set up.  When you loot a medical kit these items should be inside the 6 slot inventory for use.

You use the items from the kit to test yourself and get your blood type.

although the game is in alpha to be only getting killed by more superior players and finding nothing but helmets and pants.. i am happy that i have it just because of the level of realism you guys put in to it. cant wait to see how the game will look further into development :D
