I really dont know what situation on my character with like "i feel dizzy""light headed" "i feel thirsty"

what time or status i should drink or eat..cuz the food is really poor and most of them are bad.

i donno how much health i got and i ate and drank and rested by siting on field buf at last my screen turned to black&white and be unconscious.
